Cloud Watching Meditation // Sunday November 9th // 10-10:45am

Festival Beach Food Forest, 29 Waller St, Austin, TX 78702

The last of our Fall Outdoor Meditation Series in partnership with Festival Beach Food Forest — pay what you can!

Inspired by the ancient yogic practice trataka (candle gazing meditation), modified for the season of Fall. We will learn about meditation and the trataka technique, spend time exploring the food forest and practice meditation, then re-gather with Taylor to chat about our experiences.

These offerings end at 10:45am, after which you are welcome to stay for a free community yoga class led by one of the food forest volunteers (11am-noon)!

Rooting Series: Holiday Survival // Sunday November 23rd // 4:30-5:30pm

Austin Yoga Lounge, 1201 W 6th St Suite E Second Floor, Austin, TX 78703

Brittany & Taylor offer this casual session to focus on making it through the holidays, a challenging time for many. Family obligations, shifting weather, less sunlight — all of it can start to pile up, leaving you feeling depleted, isolated, and down.

We'll talk about dysregulation & sensitivity, plus cover practical tools around boundary-setting, introspection work, and asking for & offering support.

Our Rooting Series: Integrating Therapy, Mindfulness, & Yoga is a collaboration between Brittany Hatcher, a licensed social worker, and Taylor Fox, yoga & mindfulness teacher.

These offerings weave together nervous system education, therapeutic practice, and embodied mindfulness to help you nourish your body, mind, and spirit, and root into your resilience.
