Meditation & Solidarity

Use the practice of meditation and community support to reflect on:

  • Your passion, purpose, or focus in seeking liberation (the goal of yoga),
  • What actions you're taking, individually & as part of a community,
  • How you want to move forward in organizing, activating, and advocating for personal & collective freedom.

This offering meets monthly with a goal of keeping us accountable, while also allowing time for action, shifts, and progress.
