Service Description

Take some time to slow your mind and body to create space for inward reflection. We will spend the first 15 minutes getting centered, and then we’ll hold space for everyone to come and go for the remaining 45 minutes. You are welcome to bring props (ex: pillows and blankets), and a pen & paper if you like written reflection!
